I am Brand Enthusiast. I’ve had to chance to work with some experts on branding and have developed my view of the Brand as the Business System. This means that I see all interactions with a company through the lens of their brand.

  1. Hey Ben,
    I like the piece on Starbucks and SBC – I didn’t realize they were acquired. I can site, as a bad example, Future Shop and BestBuy. There is a strong demand for the product and therefore, volume in sales but consumers know the brands are identical – competing for the same consumer, at the same price, product and regions but the company now has double the promotion and administrative allocation. It would be an interesting case study.

    Keep up the blog, – btw, there are templates that have a comment option after the posted section – it can help create traffic.
