Relentless is one of the most powerful words used by brands today. When I see a company that has the word in their vision or mission statement, I get excited. Imagine a brand that was relentless at trying to serve you better. Their stores were relentless at providing better customer service (Four Seasons). They were relentless at cutting their costs (Wal-Mart). Relentless in their pursuit for new, innovative products (Apple). Brands that are relentless in just one of these areas stand out, head and shoulders above their competitors.
 
It’s too bad more brands aren’t relentless.
